Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team. As an IT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the IT industry, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans. 
  • Manage sales team of about 50+ people. 
  • Manage multi-vendor relationships. 
  • Business development across Africa 
  • Sales and Marketing research 
  • Product Development  
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed. 
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices 
  • Proven ability to Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members. 

Requirements: 

  • Business related bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry 
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Travelling up to 50% 
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas. 
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
