We are seeking a talented and passionate social media & CRM specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing social media tactics and strategies, creating and curating social media content, engaging with followers to drive brand awareness, and monitoring social media channels for engagement opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in the company’s CRM system, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, and conducting outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
The social media & CRM specialist must have knowledge in IT solutions like Microsoft, AWS, Sophos, CISCO, Huawei, and Fortinet.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field working in the IT industry.
- Experience of CRM software, social media platforms and management tools is mandatory.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, identify their needs, and convert them into leads or customers.
- Continuously improve telesales scripts, strategies, and techniques to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and provide ongoing support for the sales process.
