Role Intent

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Uganda. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and possess strong problem-solving skills. As a Technical Support Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
  • Work with the engineering team to design and develop software products.
  • Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and ensure product reliability.
  • Assist in documentation of IT solutions processes.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study.

Requirements

  • Pursured a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer Support and Service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
